A smile is a gift to humanity.
It reaches out and touches one’s soul.
A smile has the power to heal, give warmth, and share joy.
In our disconnected world, it connects people.
How important is a smile?
It may be the most important thing of all.
Comprehensive General & Cosmetic Dentistry
with Dr. Julie Valentine, DDS
"Whenever possible I try to save existing teeth. I believe that the preservation of the original tooth structure is a strong advantage for patients, ensuring the long term health and function of their teeth, and preservation saves patients money.” Dr. Valentine
My Background

For over 22 years, since I graduated from UCLA undergraduate, then University of the Pacific dental school in San Francisco, I have enjoyed taking care of all of my patients, young, old, and in between. Helping each patient to feel comfortable, look better, and feel better is my goal in life. I always try to treat each of my patients as I would a member of my own family. In almost every case, I can provide nearly pain-free dentistry. I have a passion for creating beautiful, artistic, life-changing smiles for patients.
Innovations in Dentistry
Much has changed in dentistry in the last 22 years. I feel so lucky to be working at such an exciting time for dentistry. Every day technologies improve and the result is that our patients can receive more comfortable and convenient dental care than ever before. Patients no longer have to fear their dental visits. With the help of modern technology and time-tested methods, I can give patients a nearly pain-free experience, and I’m proud to say that many of my patients no longer fear their dental visits.
Working Together
The most important thing I have learned in the past 22 years is to carefully listen to what my patients say. Many patients tell me that their previous dentist did not listen or hear what they said, which is why they have come to my practice. It is my true pleasure to be able to communicate with patients, listen to their needs, and offer the level of service that I would expect when I go to a medical office.
The Golden Rule
The underlying principle of my practice has always been to treat patients as I want to be treated. Every patient deserves kindness, respect, and compassion. You’ll notice the difference from your first visit. You’ll feel the warmth, caring, and energy throughout the office, as our entire staff welcomes you and gets to know your unique needs and goals. As our patient, you can expect to become more than a patient – a friend and a part of our dental family.
Come in and enjoy the comfort of our newly designed, very relaxing office and the advanced, pain-free care. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you maintain a healthy, beautiful smile for a lifetime.
I love what I do!
